Love is in the air in Salem City this holiday season, but it looks like each couple is facing relationship woes and headed for breakups. Why is there so much trouble for the Salemite lovers? Here's what's happening on "Days of Our Lives" this week from Dec. 15 to 19:
Hope and Aiden
According to Soap Central, Aiden will suffer from Bree's exposé. Bree talks to Hope and spills about Aiden's past and also warns her about him. This does not sit well with Hope and she tries to get to the bottom of things. She wants to find out the truth.
Hope decides to confront Aiden about his past, but she is surprised with his reaction. Later this week, Aiden will pay Bree a visit. Could it be to confront her about what she did?
JJ and Paige
What could've been a great pairing between JJ and Paige now seems to be a thing of the past. Life has not been good to the two recently and their relationship has been greatly affected.
Paige makes an important decision about her life and, according to spoilers, this decision is devastating to JJ. The presence of Eve is not helping at all. Eve adds insult to the injury as she actually takes action to split the two up.
Brady and Theresa
Theresa has been very unhappy since Melanie returned. Despite Theresa and Brady breaking up, he is still worried about her relationship with Brady.
The sparks between Melanie and Brady are undeniable. They share a couple of warm moments this week and in one of those moments, Theresa catches the two. Spoilers say that there is a confrontation between the two with Melanie accusing Theresa of tricking Brady about the pregnancy scare. In the end, Brady sides with Melanie again.
Sonny and Will
There is growing tension between Sonny and Will and Will's new assignment will have him come face-to-face with Paul, Sonny's ex. In addition, Sonny discovers Will's secret about why he went away. Sonny asks him about it.
Eric and Serena
Eric and Serena are enjoying each other's company. He talks to her about Nicole when Nicole suddenly catches the two talking. Saddened with what she sees, Nicole seeks advice from Marlena and Nicole is committed to find out more information about Serena.
