'Days of Our Lives' spoilers: Will and Sonny's party scandalized, schemer to have blackmail problems, evil forces gain power in Salem

Will the city of Salem ever find peace? Not this week. There's one scandal after the other, and Will and Sonny get the shorter end of the stick. This and more in "Days of Our Lives" this week. Here are the spoilers:

According to She Knows Soaps, Melanie finally lands a big clue as to what happened to Theresa and Brady. It appears that Maggie's past holds the answer as to why the two were attacked. Elsewhere, Cole and Eve do what it takes to break up JJ and Paige.

Speaking of love, Lucas and Adrienne take their relationship to a whole new level by making love this week. Meanwhile, Chad remains persistent in manipulating Abigail, which is something Stefano is very happy about.

According to spoilers, there is a charity event where a big secret is going to be exposed, and this secret complicates the lives of the Salemites. Soap Central also reports that this "outrageous" secret scandalizes the people directly affected as well as those who only hear about it.

In the preview, Will and Sonny are at a party with some friends. Shortly after the celebration, someone says that Sonny slept with Paul and things go crazy from there. Is that the secret the spoilers are talking about? Are Will and Sonny at the charity event, too?

Moreover, despite the love and scandal, "DOOL" also deals with a schemer with an unusual problem this week. This schemer is said to have blackmail problems. It is uncertain whether this person is the one being blackmailed or the one doing the blackmailing. Additionally, spoilers say that there are evil forces that will compete for control and power in Salem. Who could these evil forces be?

"Days of Our Lives" airs every weekday on NBC.
