A church community in Portland is grieving at the loss of two parents and their baby daughter in a car crash at the weekend.
Tiffany Fefelov, 27, her husband Fred Fevelov, 34, and their 7-month-old daughter Mila were killed when the vehicle they were travelling in lost control in wet conditions on Highway 20 near Lost Lake in Linn County.
They were members of Portland International Christian Church and its pastor, Ricky Challinor said they were on their way to a marriage retreat when the crash occurred early on Saturday.
According to the Portland Tribune, their car moved into the westbound lane and collided with an oncoming Suburban towing a 32-foot trailer.
The Fefelovs are survived by their 5-year-old who was not in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
Challinor spoke warmly of the couple who had at one time run a marriage ministry at the church. He paid tribute to them as "loving" and "warm" people.
"They just loved doing stuff as a family," he said.
Around 100 people took part in a memorial to the family at Summerlake Park in Tigard on Sunday afternoon.
A GoFundMe page has been set up to raise funds for the cost of their funeral. The page says they were "devoted to their family, their church and those they loved".
"Everyone that knew Tiffany and Fred knew they shared their contagious laughter, loving nature and generosity for all those around them. They loved to celebrate all that life has blessed them with each and every day," it reads.
Their relatives are described as being "beyond devastated and at a loss to express their extreme sadness of the loss of such a beautiful family".
An update to the page said their family were looking for a plot in Portland's Skyline cemetery where the three could be buried together.
Over $13,000 has been raised so far.
"With your support they will soon be able to afford the burial that Tiffany and Fred would have wanted," it said.
