Video game developers always capitalize on the season of Halloween. For players of the first person shooter video game "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare," they can expect a whole month of special content with "Willard Wyler's Halloween Scream," which is the title of the Halloween event. There is already a schedule for the Halloween special that aims to keep things interesting for players during the duration of the entire event.

In a report by Engadget, the month-long event will have differently themed events and varying loots. There will also be a Halloween multiplayer special titled the "Carnage" map, which will offer twice the amount of experience points and character skins for player's characters. With the event, there will also be a matching theme boss battle, as well as new opponents with Halloween appropriate appearances.

Supply drops will be made available to players for free every week. In a report by Gamespot, players will have to login and then they will be notified immediately after receiving the supply drops. One of the more whimsical offerings for the event is the Rig skins, which are in-game cosmetics that make characters look like zombies. Another additional game mode is Gesture Warfare, which will allow players to control the game using hand movements.

However, Gesture Warfare will only be available until Oct. 12. Owners of the game will have to have purchased their own copies of previous Zombies downloadable content (DLC) to have access to special boss battles this Halloween.

According to Forbes, some of the Willard Wyler event contents are even free of charge, which is something that should delight players. Some of the items that will be up for grabs for the duration of the event are the pumpkin-skinned gun, and a gun that shoots pumpkin innards. The boss battles will be available on Oct. 13, and the final supply drop will be given to players on Oct. 30.

Willard Wyler's Halloween Scream, the special event for "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" will be online from Oct. 9 until Nov. 1.
