Bobbi Kristina's family praying at her bedside as her condition remains unknown

Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of the late Whitney Houston, was rushed to hospital on Saturday after she was found facedown in a bathtub at her home.

According to Daily Mail, the 21-year-old aspiring singer is reportedly in an induced coma and was moved from North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia to a hospital in Atlanta on Sunday.

An investigation is ongoing into what might have caused the accident. The family has not released any statement but did confirm her hospital transfer. Her father Bobbi Brown asked the media to give them some privacy at this time.

"The report that Bobbi Kristina Brown has been taken to the hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, is accurate, No additional information will be forthcoming," Bobbi Brown's lawyer Christopher Brown told PageSix.

"Privacy is requested in this matter. Please allow for my family to deal with this matter and give my daughter the love and support she needs at this time," Bobby Brown said in a statement.

Bobbi Kristina's incident is strangely similar to the death of her mother where Whitney Houston was found dead three years ago laying facedown in a bathtub. The incident is also close to the third anniversary of Whitney Houston's death.

"This is his [Bobby Brown's] worst nightmare. Losing Whitney was hard, but this is a million times worse, and to lose her in the same way would devastate him," a source told People.

"Everyone is holding hands, praying, hoping for the best. Everyone knows where things are. We don't think Bobbi Kristina is going to pull through," the source also said to Hollywood Life.

Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina's husband, performed CPR after he found her unconscious at their home until the paramedics arrived.  According to the police investigation, they have not indicated any foul play or anything out of the ordinary after they searched her home.

"Before the warrant, initially when the police went into the home there were nothing there that indicated that anything out of the ordinary happened, there were no drugs out in the open," police officer Lisa Holland reported.

"We don't know if this was a medical condition where she had a problem in the tub or if it was any type of self-initiated or overdose type of situation. Obviously we all know her mum died this very same way. Can't say how sad this is. It's a difficult situation for police officer to perform CPR on any person," she added.

Bobbi Kristina was also hospitalised the year after her mother's death.  A source told People that Bobbi Kristina has been struggling with the loss of her mother and trying to establish her singing career.

"She has been vacillating between extremes for a while now and is fighting grief and demons of her own creation. The loss of her mother and her intense craving for attention of any sort are just the tip of her mountain of issues," the source added.

Relatives and friends are now praying and hoping that she will survive this ordeal.

Jerod Brown, Bobbi Kristina Brown's cousin, told NBC News, "She's been through a lot. This is a hard time; it's her mother's anniversary of her death. It's been a hard time; it's a rough time of year. But she's a tiger, she's going to pull through it."
