Bobbi Kristina Brown health update: No change in condition, Jerod Brown defends Nick Gordon

Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of the late Whitney Houston with Bobby Brown, has been in a medically induced coma since Jan. 31 after having been found unconscious in a bathtub in her home. She is still staying at Emory University Hospital where family members continue to visit her and offer support. However, according to a source for Extra, there has been no change in her health condition as of March 17.

Meanwhile, while the Brown family rallies together to support her and each other in this trying time, Bobbi Kristina's cousin Jerod Brown has given his support to her boyfriend, Nick Gordon.

Gordon is considered one of the suspects as he is accused by Leolah Brown of doing foul play on the night of the incident. Therefore, he is banned from visiting Bobbi Kristina. Jerod is quick to defend Gordon in his Facebook account and said that Gordon was "exploited."

"For the record: Nick has cooperated with the police department, he has cooperated with my uncle Bobby's request, He has given my family members as much information as he can, he has been exploited on national television with hidden cameras that he had no idea about," Brown wrote. "He has given Kristina CPR which is one of the reasons why she is not dead till this day, he has been ridiculed and accused without any concrete evidence yet he still hasn't gotten the chance to visit his girl. If everyone truly believes that Nick is the blame for this situation wouldn't you think he would already be locked up by now."

However, the lawyer for the family has issued a statement previously, saying that "he must be disregarded" as he does not have any connection with both the Brown and Houston families.

The lawyer added, "This is a criminal investigation and we do not need this sideshow."
