The CW's "Beauty and the Beast" is great with the ratings and has amassed a wide following of loyal fans. But since season 2 ended, nothing has been heard about the series. The show and the network are doing a great job at keeping all the details locked down until season 3 premieres, or at least before the show returns.

But thankfully, E! Buzz has new spoilers for "Beauty and the Beast" season 3. According to the short report, a major character in the show will be in serious danger. This character will end up at the hospital after the life threatening ordeal.

The report says it would be one of the four protagonists, taking Tess off the short list. If it's not Tess, then it could either be Vincent, Cat or JT. Who could it be? There's a chance of it being JT.

Meanwhile, everyone has been tight lipped about season 3 that fans began to wonder what's happening with the show and what the future holds. But loyal followers need not worry anymore as "Beauty and the Beast" has already been picked up for a fourth season and it is included in The CW's nine early renewals.

According to Variety, "Beauty and the Beast" was renewed alongside other scripted series such as "Arrow," "The Flash," "Supernatural," "The 100," "The Vampire Diaries," "The Originals," "Jane the Virgin" and "Reign." The CW also approved four new drama series for the next cycle, including "Cheerleader Death Squad," "Tales From the Darkside," "Dead People" and "Cordon."

"Beauty and the Beast" season 3 airs on May 21. With over two months left until the third season premieres, fans can expect more news to come soon along with the official promo for the upcoming season.
