The highly-anticipated video game by Ubisoft titled "Assassin's Creed Origins" has been recently released and the reviews are now in. Despite the allure and spell-binding effect of the graphics and all new gameplay features, there are still some issues that may be a little too annoying to simply ignore.

In a video game review by Gamespot, they had given the game a score of seven out of 10. Comparatively speaking, the score is pretty low for such an anticipated title. However, the review brings up technical issues that may have been overlooked by the game's developers, which ultimately has negative impacts on the overall experience for players. Specifically, there are some issues with the graphics in consoles, especially during the cut scenes.

For both the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One, the drop in frame rates have reportedly been constant throughout the game, which is something that takes away from the overall player immersion and experience. Perhaps this is due to the fact that Ubisoft tried their best to throw everything but the kitchen sink in order to come up with a truly eye-popping game. Perhaps the system requirements may be a little lacking to cater to "Assassin's Creed Origins."

Fortunately, there may be hope for some players, specifically PS4 Pro users. In a report by Eurogamer, the performance of the "Assassin's Creed Origins" has proven to be much more stable and consistent for the PS4 Pro. This is great news for most loyal fans of the series, and is also a telltale sign of what the Xbox One X can do once it would be released.

Even if the game has players experiencing a few hiccups here and there, it is still lauded as a beautiful game that has respectably attempted to create a fresh take for its fans. However, in a review by Polygon, the game still follows a very similar formula that it has been using for the better part of a decade. Ubisoft has just perfected the elements which make the "Assassin's Creed" games successful, but still has not been successful in terms of innovation.

"Assassin's Creed Origins" is available now for the PS4, the Xbox One, and the PC.
