Apple iOS 8.3 jailbreak finally coming next month?

 Apple

In the face of the iOS 8.4's imminent coming and the buildup of discussions centered on the iOS 9 development, a multitude of iPhone users are still looking forward to the moment the sought after iOS 8.3 jailbreak will be out and about. And it looks like they won't have to wait long.

After the Cupertino-based company put up more stringent security measures against iOS jailbreaks, there are now new reports saying that Team K33N, TaiG, and Pangu will once again let users harness the power of jailbreaking starting next month.

There are rumors that Pangu, which Apple once halted in its tracks, is back with an untethered jailbreak solution to the iOS 8.3, which Apple says is uncrackable. The team has reportedly shown a preview of the jailbreak at the Mobil Security Conference in Shanghai, which suggests that its availability is close by.

Unfortunately, Pangu is not revealing a release date for the iOS 8.3 jailbreak just yet . Latin Post says that the announcement for this is purposely being deferred so that Apple won't be able to patch it with the iOS 8.4. This indicates that the iOS 8.3 jailbreak will likely be available after iOS 8.4 comes out.

Meanwhile, Team K33N is looking way ahead into the future. The group has reportedly set its eyes on an iOS 9 jailbreak and plans to release it in fall, after Apple's newest operating system makes its way to every iPhone.

However, it is still a risky strategy. One of the team's researchers named Liang Chen revealed to Forbes that it still depends on "how lucky [they] are." The group may also team up with Pangu on this. TaiG has its plans to come up with its own iOS 9 jailbreak.

For now, it is safe to assume that if Pangu plans on making the iOS 8.3 jailbreak available anytime soon, then it just might happen in July.
