The popular Duggar family from the hit TLC reality show "19 Kids and Counting" celebrated Thanksgiving Day with a promise of healthiness and little ones.

During the festivity, Jill Duggar managed to flaunt her baby bump in photos. The 23-year-old spent turkey day with her husband's family. In a snap with them that she posted on her Instagram account, she enumerated everything she commemorated on the special day.

"So many blessing to count this Thanksgiving... Mama Cathy is well, best hubby in the world, expecting a son, God's mercies are new every morning! #happythanksgiving," Jill captioned the photo.

Her husband, Derrick Dillard, shared the same photo and wrote, "So thankful that the Lord has healed mom and we can have Thanksgiving dinner with her this year! #beyondblessed #family #bestmom."

Dillard's mother has been fighting off cancer and it seems that her recuperation in the offing is one huge blessing that made the day more extraordinary.

Meanwhile, rumors also suggest that Jill is not the only one to hail another Duggar baby in the big family. The eldest of the Duggar children, Josh, and his wife might have a surprise, too. Design & Trend reported that Anna took a pregnancy test. Unfortunately, it reportedly revealed that there is still no bun in the oven.

"My heart is definitely to leave the size of our family in God's hands but I'm the fifth born that's at least a good start. Maybe God is giving us a space, because next we're going to have twins," Anna said via Design & Trend.

Nevertheless, the site remained speculative that a baby is indeed coming their way. Rumors sparked from the video Josh posted, which shows his wife wearing a loose-fitting cardigan and a winter coat the site believes she wore to intentionally obscure her midsection. This remains to be mere speculation though. For now, fans will have to wait for the couple to spill the beans themselves. In time, the world will know if their cute kids Mackynzie, Michael and Marcus will welcome a new sibling to the family.
