"Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" is the sixth installment of the "Naruto: Ultimate Ninja" series, and luckily for all gamers, the title will be available for the PC via Steam, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this year. CyberConnect2 is currently developing the title while Bandai Namco Games will serve as the publisher the game.

Hiroshi Matsuyama, the game developing company's president, has been quoted as saying, "Today, it was officially announced! Ultimate Ninja Storm 4! Appearing on the PS4! Not on the PS3. I have completely developed this as a next generation title. You can experience the demo over the weekend at Jump Fiesta 2015, so by all means, please try it out! Can you wait for this amazing experience?"

While there is very little information available regarding the game's gameplay mechanics, there is word that one of the game's major improvements is on its overall visuals. Also, "Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" is reportedly a direct sequel to "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3." According to Anime News Network, the installment will not only feature characters from "The Last: Naruto The Movie," it will also show the biggest gathering of "Naruto" characters in the series' history, and will even include a recreation of the Shinobi World War.

Herve Hoerdt, Europe Vice President of IP Strategy for Bandai Namco Games, has also been quoted as saying, "The Storm series continues to be one of our most popular franchises and its leap to the new generation of hardware ensures that it won't stop now. Our long-time partner, CyberConnect2, has always poured their hearts into the Naruto franchise and 'Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4' looks forward to the ultimate realization of the series!"

"Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" has not been given an exact release date but it is expected that the title will be released this year, with Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura to be included as the game's playable characters.
