Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) will fight some hard battles in the next episode of The CW's superhero TV series "Arrow" season 6, as he faces investigations into his dual identity and fends off a friend-turned-foe.

Characters connecting the dots between the mayor of Star City and the Green Arrow is nothing new to the series. It has happened several times before and Queen has always found a way out, but maybe not this time. A glaring evidence from the season 6 premiere will once again put Queen in the hot seat, and he might not be able to get out.

The episode titled "Fallout" was a painstakingly slow reveal of who survived the massive explosion of Lian Yu in the season 5 finale. Apart from Queen, such include his son William Clayton (Jack Moore), John Diggle (David Ramsey), Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards), Rene Ramirez (Rick Gonzalez), Black Siren (Katie Cassidy), and a few others.

While fans were still reeling from the good news, the series dropped a new bomb. The episode ended with Queen watching a breaking news story about a surveillance camera footage of an unmasked Green Arrow. If that's not a concrete evidence, then what is?

A teaser for the next episode titled "Tribute" shows Queen being hounded by the media, asking for his true identity. However, that is not the worst of it. What previously was just a concern for the residents of Star City and local authorities has now intrigued the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This episode will introduce a new recurring character — FBI Agent Samanda Watson (Sydelle Noel).

In an interview with Variety, "Arrow" producers described Watson's character as "intelligent and poised with a no nonsense attitude," adding that she will not stop until she uncovers the secrets of Green Arrow.

As if that's not enough for Queen, Anatoly Knyazev (David Nykl) is coming back "with a deadly agenda," the synopsis said. Now the leader of Russian mafia Bratva, Anatoly has his eyes on Star City and Queen's once most trusted friend will soon become a very powerful enemy.

Find out how Oliver Queen and the Green Arrow fight off attacks from all sides onThursday, Oct. 19, at 8 p.m. EDT on The CW.
