The time has come for Lucca (Cush Jumbo) to decide if she will leave Alicia's (Julianna Margulies) firm in the upcoming episode of the CBS series "The Good Wife."

In "Judged," CarterMatt reports that the associates will be giving Cary (Matt Czuchry) an answer on whether they want to join Lockhart, Agos, and Lee. The offer came right after Alicia's neighbor complained to the homeowners that she has been using her house as the unofficial office of her law firm. The woman was particularly annoyed that some of Alicia's clients went to her apartment by mistake. Although Grace (Makenzie Vega) managed to convince the neighbors that her mother meant no harm by using the house for her business, the damage had been done.

One of the clients ratted out on Diane (Christine Baranski) about Alicia's current situation. As much as she wanted to stay with her, she wished her firm could be found in an acceptable building, just like Lockhart, Agos, and Lee. Later on, Alicia and Lucca got a surprise visit from Cary, who offered them jobs. They would work for his company and get to preserve all their clients. Alicia said no right away, but Lucca said she needed some time to think. The upcoming episode will see whether or not she will jump over to Cary's firm.

Meanwhile, Alicia will have her hands full in episode 13, as she tries to convince a stubborn judge that her former client was wrongly imprisoned. The lawyer will ask Judge Schakowsky (Christopher McDonald) to reopen the case and make sure that justice will be served this time around. Diane is likewise busy, as she takes on a new case. The editor of a college newspaper is being threatened by the campus for writing "politically charged articles." She has been warned that if she will not stop, she will be ousted from her position.

"The Good Wife" season 11 airs Sundays at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
