Confidence is again leaking from Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) featherweight champion Conor McGregor as he looks forward to another title shot bestowed upon him, this time at the lightweight division.

Last December, McGregor walked the talk by scoring the fastest finish in a UFC title fight, knocking out Brazil's Jose Aldo in just 13 seconds at UFC 194 to unify the featherweight (145 pounds) title.

After the victory over Aldo, McGregor expressed the desire to hold two belts in two divisions, with the second one being the lightweight (155 pounds) division in which Rafael dos Anjos is the champion.

In the past, the UFC had a rule preventing a fighter to hold multiple titles in different divisions, but that was scratched by the organization's president, Dana White, and set up a lightweight championship bout between Dos Anjos and McGregor.

The fight will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on March 5 and will be the co-main event of UFC 197.

In a report by Sherdog.com, McGregor shared in a news conference the easier diet he is having, now that he will fight for the lightweight crown.

"It's a pretty nice feeling. It's a nice experience. Steaks every day for me. Steaks for breakfast. Steaks for lunch. Steaks for brunch. Grass fed, massaged beef all day long. It's a pretty nice feeling that my body is reaping the rewards," McGregor stated.

The 27-year-old mixed martial artist then added that he believes dos Anjos is the one set to have a hard time since he is going for two consecutive weight cuts.

Dos Anjos last defended his lightweight championship on Dec. 19 against Donald Cerrone at UFC on Fox 17.

McGregor then followed his statements about weight cutting with his usual confidence that annoys most of his opponents.

"I'm KO-ing everybody. This will be my fifth world title in 10 fights; all won by stoppage. My performance has been good. I feel going to 155 I will be the same animal; I will be even more of an animal," the Irishman expressed.

In his mixed martial arts (MMA) career, McGregor was only defeated twice in 21 fights, with those losses suffered in the earlier part of his career when he was not yet a UFC talent.
