Alicia (Julianna Margulies) will butt heads with an angry judge in the upcoming episode of the CBS series "The Good Wife."

In "Judged," CarterMatt reports that Alicia will be horrified to learn that a former client was imprisoned for something he did not do. When she brings the case to Judge Schakowsky (Christopher McDonald), their conversation becomes heated. The man has been wrongfully imprisoned, and Alicia will not rest until justice is served for him. She has to make Schakowsky listen to her arguments and open the case once again. Will she get her go signal to do so?

Meanwhile, Diane (Christine Baranski) will have an interesting client for episode 13. The editor of a campus newspaper has received a warning from the college that if she does not stop writing "politically charged articles," she will be fired from her position. The student will ask the lawyer to assist her in her fight for freedom of expression. Will Diane be able to represent her well?

Last episode, Alicia's grouchy neighbor wanted her out of the apartment. Apparently, the fact that the lawyer was using her digs as the unofficial office of her law firm was annoying the other tenants. One woman in particular was very much annoyed that clients have mistakenly thought her apartment was Alicia's, after spending several time shooing them off the premises. Fortunately, Grace (Makenzie Vega) was there to save the day for her mother.

Also in episode 12, Cary (Matt Czuchry) offered Alicia and Lucca (Cush Jumbo) a job on their firm. One of their clients, apparently, ratted on Diane that she found it undignified that Alicia's office was her home as well. She still wanted her to be the lawyer, but she wished Alicia had a separate place for her business. Alicia said no right away, but Lucca was considering the offer. Will she leave Alicia for Lockhart, Agos, and Lee?

"The Good Wife" season 11 episode 13 will air on Sunday, Jan. 31, at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
