Callie (Maia Mitchell) will be mystified to find that her brother Jude (Hayden Byerly) has been spending a lot of time with a cute teen in the upcoming episode of "The Fosters."

In "If and When," CarterMatt reports that Jude has a new friend, a "quirky foster teen" named Jack, whom he and Callie met at a youth event. While it is okay that her sibling is finding new people to bond with, Callie cannot help but be wary about Jude and Jack's closeness. The fact that he kept the information from her is suspicious enough. Is Jude moving on from boyfriend Connor (Gavin MacIntosh), after all?

Before the midseason finale, the pair made a tough decision to be in a long distance relationship. Connor had to go to Los Angeles to be with his mother. Jude supported his decision, even though it hurt him to say goodbye. They did not exactly break up, but it looked like they were taking a breather from the relationship. Now that Jude is seeing someone new, does it mean he is finally letting Connor go? What about Connor? How will he feel that Jude has forgotten him already?

Meanwhile, Brandon (David Lambert) and Matt (Jordan Rodrigues) are going to work on a rock musical based on William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet for their thesis project. Their plan will hit a snag, however, when they find themselves unable to compromise on who should play the heroine. Both are very passionate with what they do. Will they be able to make up their minds and eventually come up with an awesome play?

Also in episode 13, Jesus (Jake T. Austin) has a bee in his bonnet that will not go away. He wants to learn the identity of his and Mariana's (Cierra Ramirez) birth father. The teen will reportedly ask his birth mother, Ana (Alexandra Barreto), to tell him the name of the man they never got to meet. Will Ana heed his request?

"The Fosters" season 3 airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EST on Freeform (formerly ABC Family).
