With Barry (Grant Gustin) captured by Zoom (Tony Todd), his friends will find any means of saving him, even forging alliance with the enemy in the upcoming episode of the hit The CW series "The Flash."

In "Escape from Earth-2," Comicbook reports that Wells (Tom Cavanagh) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) must race against time to locate where the supervillain is keeping Barry. They will reportedly find help from an "unexpected source." When the trio reached Earth-2, they met just a handful of individuals. There were the Earth-2 versions of Barry and Iris (Candice Patton) and there were Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) and Ronnie (Robbie Amell), who go by the name of Killer Frost and Deathstorm, respectively. Both couples were married in the said world.

From the list given, Earth-2 Barry and Iris will surely agree to help Wells and Cisco with their mission. Killer Frost spent most of her time hunting the visitors from Earth-1. She will be the last person Barry's friends will go to for help. The promo for the upcoming episode, however, shows that the villain will be one of Barry's saviors. Perhaps, she wants revenge on Zoom, after the latter killed Deathstorm. Whatever her reasons may be, Killer Frost's power will be of great aid to making sure that Barry will get to go home alive and well.

Also in episode 14, Jay (guest star Teddy Sears) is in trouble, as he finds himself too weak to fight the Geomancer (guest star Adam Stafford). Last episode, it was revealed that Zoom never took his powers from him. That was the reason why he got poisoned after taking Velocity 6. As Central City braces for another attack from the villain, Caitlin must find a way to perfect Velocity 9 and give Jay a fighting chance to defeat the Geomancer. Will she succeed?

"The Flash" season 2 airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on The CW.
