Ichabod (Tom Mison) and Jenny (Lyndie Greenwood) will turn on each other as the probability of finding Abbie (Nicole Beharie) alive continues to decrease in the second half of season 3 of the FOX series "Sleepy Hollow."

As days pass by without word on Abbie's fate, her friends and sister cannot help but expect the worst. Ichabod is particularly lost, as the teaser shows him almost out of his mind with worry. He is so wrapped up with his fear that he has lost Abbie for good, he does not see how Jenny is also suffering. In the clip, Ichabod is seen feverishly looking for a way to find her. He unthinkingly claims he will be the only one to find Abbie, while Jenny listens to his lamentation.

Jenny takes Ichabod's words badly, thinking that he is taking a dig at her for not worrying about her sister. With her voice rising, she tells Ichabod that Abbie sacrificed herself to save her and that he is wrong to think that he is the only one who cares. In an interview with TV Line, showrunner Clifton Campbell shared how Abbie's disappearance has a huge effect on everyone, including Joe (Zach Appelman).

"When something like this happens, it's a real gut check. You really find out what you're made of and what you're committed to... All three of them give us nice examples of how they're processing what's happened, what they feel they can and cannot do about it, and how they go about that," he shared.

Meanwhile, the promo for episode 9 shows Sophie (Jessica Camacho) temporarily taking Abbie's place as Ichabod's partner. It appears that supernatural forces are converging on Sleepy Hollow. Ichabod, Sophie, and Jenny must find a way to battle with an assortment of creatures to keep their town and its people safe. Will they succeed without Abbie?

"Sleepy Hollow" season 3 airs Fridays at 8 p.m. EST on FOX.
