Kappa Kappa Tau is finally open for pledges as "Scream Queens" premieres today, Sept. 22. Ryan Murphy's star-studded comedy-thriller series will air its two-hour premiere with episodes titled "Pilot" and "Hell Week," which will see the most popular sorority on the campus getting a taste of torture and brutal death.

But before the killing spree of the murderer is set off, fans will see Chanel Oberlin (Emma Roberts), who serves as the leader of the group, grooming her faction to be one of the most beautiful and elite. That being said, she isn't thinking of welcoming just about anyone who wishes to join her circle.

The girl with the iron fist and a pink glove, as she is notoriously known for, is only choosing those she thinks are on her level and this is where she clashes with Dean Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis), who instructs her and reminds her that pledging should be open to each and every student.

But when "Scream Queens" premieres, this will be the least of the problems of the two parties as a murderer goes on the loose. This bloodthirsty killer decides to get his or her body count from Chanel and her sorority sisters and there are a lot of them this mystery murderer can target.

"Scream Queens" has a very bulky cast. Joining Roberts and Curtis are Oliver Hudson as Wes Gardner, Lea Michele as Hester, Nasim Pedrad as Gigi Caldwell, Skyler Samuels as Grace Gardner, Keke Palmer as Zayday Williams and Diego Boneta as Pete among others.

The guest stars include Ariana Grande as Chanel #2. The other Chanels are Abigail Breslin and Billie Lourd. Nick Jonas is also stopping by, as well as Niecy Nash, Aaron and Austin Rhodes and many others.

By the end of the season, this massive group will be drastically stripped down. The survivors (there won't be a lot of them) will then move on to another nightmarish experience in the second season. Tune in for the season premiere of "Scream Queens" at 8 p.m. ET on FOX. Alternatively, catch the episodes on FOX NOW.
