Several actors from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) have shared a behind-the-scenes look at the secret Marvel photo shoot that took place on Oct. 7.

The MCU's stars, including Samuel L. Jackson, Karen Gillan and Mark Ruffalo, all took to social media to give fans a glimpse of who was present at the photo shoot — and who might be appearing in the grand MCU culmination film, "Avengers: Infinity War."

Jackson, who plays Nick Fury in films including "The Avengers" (2012), shared two photos from the shoot. One photo was with Anthony Mackie, who plays Falcon in the "Captain America" movies," and Laurence Fishburne, Goliath in the upcoming "Ant-Man and the Wasp."

Jackson captioned the photo, "Now I see what all the confusion's about! That guy in the middle is the spitting image of...One of us!"

The actor's caption is in reference to a 2014 interview where Jackson was mistaken for Fishburne by a journalist.

The other photo Jackson shared features Mackie and Fishburne, this time with Don Cheadle, War Machine in "Iron Man," and Chadwick Boseman, T'Challa in the upcoming "Black Panther" film.

Jackson was last seen in "Avengers: Age of Ultron." He will reprise his role in the upcoming "Captain Marvel," which is said to possibly reveal his backstory as the film is set in the 1990s.

Meanwhile, Gillan, who plays Nebula in the "Guardians of the Galaxy" films, posted a photo on Instagram with co-actress Pom Klementieff, who plays Mantis in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2."

"Wearing a @mrselfportrait dress for photoshoot Saturday with this one!" Gillan captioned the photo.

Gillan's character Nebula had a more pronounced role in the second film compared to the first one. The adoptive daughter of Thanos (Josh Brolin), Nebula somehow patched up her relationship with sister Gamora (Zoe Saldana) before she left to go after her abusive father.

Gillan revealing that she was at the photoshoot might mean that she will also be starring in "Infinity War."

"Avengers: Infinity War" is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo. The film premieres on May 4, 2018.
