'Real Housewives of New York' cast: Bethenny Frankel will not return if someone else returns, too

Is Bravo trying to reignite a feud in "Real Housewives of New York?" Bethenny Frankel sure feels that way.

According to Radar Online, Frankel was supposed to return to "RHONY," but that might not happen anymore after she heard that Jill Zarin will be re-signed, too. Frankel and Zarin had a big feud in the past and putting them together again on TV can mean high ratings for the struggling show.

"Bethenny hasn't signed a deal with Bravo or the production company for Real Housewives of New York because she is refusing to come back if arch-enemy Jill Zarin returns. For Bethenny to return to the show, she wants to move forward. Having Jill come back would just create more false drama in an attempt to recreate the past," a Radar Online insider said.

The same source explained that Frankel doesn't hate Zarin. It's just that she has moved on from the drama and has already exchange pleasantries with Zarin and her husband recently. Stirring up an old feud won't be good for Frankel nor Zarin.

Further, an insider for the publication said that "producers need to shake up the cast because the ratings have just plummeted," so they "told Bethenny she could return as a special guest star, which wouldn't require as much filming, which is appealing to her."

Is Bravo giving in to Frankel's demands? It's highly unlikely. The source said that Bravo won't agree because they don't want to rule out anyone who can return to the show. However, Radar Online reports that Zarin was spotted at the NYC NBC headquarters. Could it be that Zarin is signing up for the show?

Meanwhile, Frankel made a surprising reveal on her Twitter account when a follower asked if she would return to "RHONJ."

This is what she said: "I'd have to move to jersey, but if i moved to any cast it would be atlanta. My heart will always be w #rhoatl"
