This year marks the 20<sup>th anniversary of Pokemon so it really comes as no surprise that a wealth of Pokemon games are making their way to different platforms.
Following the release of the mobile game Pokemon Go which has just about every Pokemon fan and non fan obsessed with the game, Pokemon Sun and Moon will make its way to your 3DS or 3DS XL in November.
With the confirmation of the release date, fans begin to wonder what the starter set would look like. For one, players should expect Generation 7 Pokemon like Rowlet, Litten and Popplio, reported PC Advisor.
The line up looks cute and fluffy on the outside but are actually surprisingly strong and tough in battle that it would definitely amaze players.
Rowket is a Grass Quill Pokemon, rather small measuring only a foot tall and weighing only 3.3 lbs. This Pokemon has the ability to sneak up on its opponent as it can silently fly in the skies. His vicious attacks include powerful kicks and razor sharp leaves that are attached to his plumage.
Litten, on the other hand is a fire cat Pokemon who is slightly bigger than Owlet at 1.4 feet. He is three times heavier than the former weighing close to 10 lbs. He does not have the ability of flight but he packs a mean attack by sending out flaming hairballs. He also sheds his fur in the blaze, making this one kitty you don't want to make angry.
The last in the line up is Popplio, which is a sea lion Pokemon. He stands as tall as Litten but is heavier at 16.5 lbs. As a water Pokemon, his special ability is torrent which allows him to snort balloons made of of water as part of his attack.
The game will also feature two legendary Pokemons which are inspired by the game's name – Solgaleo and Lunala, reported Digital Spy.
Solgaleo is a Sunne Pokemon that measures 11ft 2in and weighs a whopping 507.1lbs. He's a Psychic/Steel and has a Full Metal Body which protects him from the attacks of his opponents. Expect this Pokemon to be one tough rival as his stats won't easily be affected by hits.
Lunala is a Moon Pokemon who measures 13ft 01in and weighs 264.6lbs. Lunala is considered a Psychic/Ghost Pokemon who like Solgaleo has a strong ability to protect itself. He uses Shadow Shield to minimize damage it incurs from opponents during battle.
