'Once Upon A Time' season 5 episode 2: The Evil Queen may not be so evil anymore in 'The Price'

'Once Upon A Time' season 5, episode 2, "The Price" ABC

Emma has entirely gone to the dark side and what this does is force Regina to be good all in the name of bringing Emma back to the way she was and, ultimately, saving Storybrooke. The former's change of heart will manifest in the second episode of "Once Upon A Time" season 5 titled "The Price."

The synopsis for the upcoming installment hints that Regina will step up "in a surprising way that will test her mettle as a force for good." It will be interesting to see whether or not Regina manages to change the situation, especially now that Emma has pledged to serve evil.

But defeating the Dark Swan really isn't Regina's biggest problem. In the "Once Upon A Time" season 5 episode, fans will see that Regina's struggle majorly originates from the idea that she could potentially be the hero of the place she has long sought to destroy and see suffer.

Meanwhile, the search for Merlin brings the heroes to all sorts of places. In tomorrow's episode, they will find themselves in Camelot and will be welcomed in the grandest way by King Arthur and Queen Guinevere with a royal ball.

Needless to say, revelries like this are short-lived in the series and so it wouldn't take long for the party to "take a deadly turn." The crisis will see David and Robin moving fast before "a crucial asset in the fight to save Emma" will be gone from them.

After the action, they will discover that an "unexpected baggage" travelled with them. The identity of the individual and his or her reason is following the group will be revealed soon.

Also in the episode, Hook's attempts to bring the good back to the heart of the woman he loves also continue. In the episode, he resorts to what was described as a "tried-and-true technique," which he believes will work in driving the darkness out of Emma.

"Once Upon A Time" season 5 episode 2 "The Price" airs Oct. 4 on ABC at 8 p.m. ET. Alternatively, watch it online via live stream on ABC.com
