More and more details about the yet-to-be announced Nexus 5 2015 come to light. Rumor mills have revealed information from the device's specs sheet down to its release date. Now, its supposed price has been disclosed.

The 16 GB model of the device, which is now being dubbed as the Nexus 5X, is allegedly going to cost $400. This makes it $50 more expensive than its predecessor. To get double that memory, buyers will have to shell out $450, according to reports. This pricing will likely pit it directly against the new Moto X Pure Edition from Motorola, which is priced at $399.

The Nexus 5 2015 aka Nexus 5X will be made by LG, which also made the first-gen version of the smartphone. It is allegedly coming with a 5.2-inch display that renders a 1080p resolution, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor with 3 GB RAM and 16 and 32 GB storage options.

The upcoming LG-made handset will boast a 12.3 MP rear camera with a 5 MP selfie snapper. To keep it alive for hours, it will reportedly pack a 2700 mAh battery with a reversible USB Type-C connector. It is said to have three color options — black, white and blue.

There's also pricing news on the alleged Nexus 6, which is the Google device being prepared by Huawei. Reports claim that the 32 GB version of this smartphone will be sold for $650. Amazon allegedly offers a big discount for it, reducing the price to $350. For the 64 GB model, customers will have to add $50, making it $700. The Nexus 6 is said to come with a 5.7-inch display with a sharp Quad HD quality.

Google will reportedly lift the veil off the Nexus 5 2015 aka Nexus 5X together with the Nexus 6 on Sept. 29. On the same day, it is expected to be made available for purchase as well.
