The countdown starts on the highly anticipated unveiling of possibly the LG Nexus 5 2015 and the Huawei Nexus 5 2015 version as well at a press event which that will be held in San Francisco on Sept. 29.

While the launch date has been buzzing the past couple of days, it seems a bit odd not to have such confirmed by the company for now. Regardless, expectations are high on the new devices, although much of the word around lately has been focusing on the LG Nexus 5 2015.

Now while those two handsets could more or less be on hand, there may be third device in the roster.

The said third device is slightly more expensive by about $50 and the handset will reportedly be known as the LG Nexus 5X.

With all the attention on the Nexus 5 2015, the LG Nexus 5X is reportedly a high-end device whose specs remain broad for now.

Multiple sources bare that the LG Nexus 5X will come with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and a dual-LED flash. There will be two internal storage options for the said device, a 16 GB which will run for about $399 and a 32 GB variant that will cost $449.

Doing the match, both devices are $50 higher than the price of the LG Nexus 5 2015 which is pegged at $349 (16GB) and $399 (32GB), respectively.

If the LG Nexus 5X does debut, it will most likely try to compete with phones such as the Motorola's Moto X Pure Edition or even maybe the OnePlus Two. As for the latter, everyone knows how hard it would be to get one seeing that an invite would be needed.

Again be warned that these reports are categorized as rumors until Google officially confirms them. To date, nothing has been made official so keep an open mind about all of these for now.
