While "Grand Theft Auto V" gamers are killing time waiting for the 2015 unveiling of the much-awaited, long-promised "Heists" DLC, Rockstar gets them all covered with a Christmas-themed DLC package. Set to be released before the holidays kick in, the "Festive Surprise" DLC has everyone excited with all-new Christmas goodies that will bring more holiday cheer and even more crime flurry.
"Hopefully you agree that yesterday's new trailer is a sign that Heists are shaping up nicely, but we still need some time to fine tune them," a representative from Rockstar answered in a Q & A session. "Because we need a little time to get Heists right, we are going to give you a small Christmas gift to keep you entertained until we are done with them."
A brand new homing missile launcher will be accessible with the DLC as well as loads of proximity mine weapons. Rockstar is making them all permanent in "GTA Online" but the item called Firework Launcher will only be usable from Christmas Eve to Jan. 6 next year.
