"NBA 2K16" will feature loads of classic teams. Two of these are the legendary Phoenix Suns from 2004-2005 and the 2005-2006 Miami Heat ensemble. Their inclusion was announced via the official Twitter account of the upcoming basketball simulation game.

Fans won't forget the iconic win of the former in the Pacific Division. After the victory, the team went on to win 62 games in the Western Conference Finals. MVP Steve Nash was the one who took care of the flawless assists while power forward Amare Stoudemire scored a lot of points that he ended up fifth in the league in scoring.

On the other hand, the 2005-2006 Miami Heat offered a great showing with the team as they pounded the Dallas Mavericks in the finals. Dwyane Wade was the star of the show that time but big credits also went to Shaquille O'Neal, Alonzo Mourning and Gary Payton.

The Miami Heat of 2012-2013 featuring Wade once more forming the big three with LeBron James and Chris Bosh are also going to be in action in "NBA 2K16." The trio's impeccable harmony and dynamics were so smooth, they slipped through the championships with no trouble.

Other classic teams joining the party are the 2003-2004 Detroit Pistons, the 2007-2008 Houston Rockets, the 1999-2000 Toronto Raptors, the 2007-2008 Boston Celtics, the 2000-2001 Los Angeles Lakers, the 2002-2003 Dallas Mavericks, and the 1999-2000 Portland Trail Blazers.

Two more should be arriving on the "NBA 2K16" court and Bleacher Report hopes that these teams will be the 2003-2004 Minnesota Timberwolves and the 2002-2003 New Jersey Nets.

As for the other things to expect of the upcoming game, Fansided reports that fans will be treated to a redesigned Toronto Raptors court.

"NBA 2K16" will be released for the PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 on Sept. 29.
