The golden opportunity Markus (Riley Smith) has been waiting for to launch his career has finally arrived in the form of "Good Morning America." Unfortunately for the singer, it will turn out a bust, as he will reportedly struggle while on stage.

In "We've Got Nothing but Love to Prove," Hollywood Hills reports that the winter finale of the ABC series "Nashville" will bring a lot of drama before it officially goes on hiatus. Most of it will be centered on Rayna (Connie Britton) and her increasingly messy life. This time, her new artist that is supposed to keep her label alive will ruin his chance to be known in the music industry. Rayna has reportedly secured Markus a spot on "Good Morning America," where they will broadcast his concert live from Nashville.

This would have been the launching of the album that he, Rayna, and Deacon (Charles Esten) all worked hard for. For some unfathomable reason, Markus will suddenly get cold feet and struggle with his once in life time shot at fame. Does this mean Rayna can say goodbye to her recording company and start thinking of a new job? Right now, Markus is her only chance left. If he will indeed bust this performance, it will spell major trouble for them all.

Worrying about Markus will not be the only cross Rayna will bear for the upcoming episode. She will also have to deal with her personal life. After their fight about the singer, she and Deacon have made up and it appears things are going back to normal between them. From how it looks in the promo, Deacon is about to propose to Rayna with a big, sparkling engagement ring. But when he sees her being kissed by Markus, he goes through the roof. The clip ends with Rayna telling Deacon she cannot be with him and walking away. Is this the end of the two?

Meanwhile, Colt (Keean Johnson) continues to stonewall Luke (Will Chase) and refuses to accept his apology. Unfortunately for Luke, he will be facing another problem aside from his son's refusal to make up with him. His business ventures will reportedly be in trouble. When will Luke ever get a break?

"Nashville" season 4, episode 10 airs Wednesday at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
