Sharon Raydor (Mary McDonnell) and her team of operatives will be dealing with a whole lot of danger in the upcoming episode of the TNT series "Major Crimes."
In "Thick as Thieves," CarterMatt reports that a diamond thief who had so far evaded arrest by the authorities turns up dead. His bail bondsman finds him murdered in his center of operations. The squad will have to dig deep to find his killer so that they can also trace where all the diamonds he stole went to. The agents will have to be very careful, however, as this new case has all the ingredients to turn into a bust. Diamond business has proven to be one dangerous venture, as people have demonstrated they are willing to kill to get their hands on the precious stones.
Meanwhile, Rusty Beck (Graham Patrick Martin) is treading on eggshells nowadays, as he is worried that his connection with Slider (Garrett Coffey) will be exposed. It turns out he has reasons to be concerned, as Mariana aka Alice Herrera's (Jade Bender) brother has discovered his secret. While the journalist was the reason why the teenager's body was returned to her family and was given a proper burial, her siblings would have difficulty understanding why he was still in contact with her killer. How will Rusty explain his unexplainable desire to get to the truth?
As for Andy Flynn (Tony Denison), he is still recuperating after the incident that put his life at risk in the past episode. Sharon is worried that he is not following the doctor's advice to take it easy for a while until he is entirely well. The agent cannot seem to stay still and rest, as he wants to join the team with the new investigations. Last episode, he was at the hospital for his respiratory therapy. When he still appeared to be weak, Sharon offered him shelter in her home until such time he could take care of himself. Rusty was apprehensive of his mother's decision, but he helped Andy move in anyway.
"Major Crimes" airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EST on TNT.
