Stevie J narrowly missed jail time anew after violating the terms of his bail and was instead ordered to go to rehab.

In a report by Page Six, the Grammy-winning record producer was warned by the court that he will not get off so easily the next time he violates the terms of his bail. "Love & Hiphop: Atlanta's" Stevie J recently failed multiple drug tests. He also failed to appear for other testing schedules, suggesting that the producer violated the terms of his bail for a child support case filed against him.

Stevie J adamantly denied using drugs, but admitted to using Coke twice in his studio in Los Angeles. "It may be a bit of a shock for you. You are really testing the limits of the court's patience," Judge Debra Freeman said.

Still, the court denied Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew DeFilippis' request to have the producer locked up. Instead, the court ordered him to undergo home detention on top of rehab.

On top of accusations of drug use, Stevie J also reportedly flew to New York without permission from the court. "I never left without letting them know," he said, denying the charges.

But the court drama did not stop there as the producer also took a shot at departing prosecutors as they were headed back to their office, calling the lot of them "clowns."

Stevie J is currently facing charges for failing to pay at least $1 million in accrued child support for his son and daughter, who are currently living with their mother in Pennsylvania.

Meanwhile, rumors are circulating that the entire cast of "Love & Hiphop: Atlanta" may be fired after this season and that the reality series is actively looking for replacements. A report by Latin Times hinted that while the show is performing well ratings-wise, producers have had enough of the drama from the cast members.
