Fans of the show "Longmire" have been waiting for its fifth season to come out. That does not stop them from speculating, since new reports say that Walt Longmire (Robert Taylor) will have a fight with Henry Standing Bear (Lou Diamond Phillips) for the affection of Vic Moretti (Katee Sackhoff) in the upcoming season.

According to Game N Guide, rumors have been spreading that the fifth season of "Longmire" will be focusing more on the love triangle of Walt, Henry and Vic. As fans know, the two gentlemen are the best of friends, but the extent of their friendship will be tested because they both love Vic, hence the purported focus.

The same article reports that supposedly, Henry and Vic are going to get married in the upcoming season. However, before they can finally say the much-awaited "I do," Henry will need to face Walt first, with the latter most probably going to try and steal away Vic from him.

Actually, in an interview with Access Hollywood, Phillips teased that Henry will have an uphill battle against Walt after bringing a deal to a close with Mathias (Zahn McClarnon). Regardless of the outcome, a lot of fans are hoping that the two will still be able to resolve their differences and eventually remain the best of friends.

However, others say that if Walt and Vic were the ones to settle down, their happiness will be short-lived, as they will meet a very tragic fate. These rumors state that come season 5, they will meet an accident, which can be blamed mostly to Henry. These rumors do not tell whether or not both will survive this car crash, though. But if they die together, Henry will then become the new lead star for the series.

The fifth season of "Longmire" is set to premiere on Sept. 23 on Netflix.
