LG Class has been made official but leaks continue to trickle in. The handset was only available in South Korea, its maker's home fort, and many expected it will stay there. But a new leak hints that the device is going overseas before long.

According to ardent leakster Evan Blass, who hits the nail on the head about smartphone releases most of the time, the new LG handset will be available in the U.S. through carrier AT&T. He did not reveal further details as to when this will take place though.

As per Ubergizmo, LG has booked an event for tomorrow, Oct. 1. While it is expected that the long-rumored LG V10 will be introduced there, the publication suspects that the company will also talk about the availability of the LG Class outside Korea in the sane event.

Right now, LG Class is only offered in South Korea for KRW 399,300. In the eventthat  it will be up for grabs in the US, it will cost around $340. If AT&T will be the single telecom company carrying it, there ought to be specific plans and contracts to come along.

The LG Class is dressed in metal, which is the South Korean company's basis for classifying it as a premium device despite its midrange-level specifications. The features include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor and a 5-inch 720p IPS display with 2.5D curved glass.

The smartphone comes with 2 GB of RAM that is coupled with a 16-GB storage, which can be expanded to a towering 2-TB space with a microSD card. LG Class sports a 13-MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and high-definition video recording. On the front is an 8-MP shooter.

A 2050-mAh battery on its back gives the phone its energy for as long as 10 hours. The device will carry Android 5.1 Lollipop and will come with four color options – gold, silver, blue and black.
