iPad Pro 2 release date rumors: Tablet rumored to be released in September; Specs at least on par with iPad Pro 1's?

 Apple

The iPad Pro 2 tablet has beeen confirmed to be released soon, but as of the moment there's still no definite release date for this device.

According to the University Herald, a lot of speculations are surrounding this new iPad, called the iPad Pro  in order to keep up with the naming convention Apple used for its predecessor. This tech giant has yet to give any details pertaining to their future plans, but it's expected for them to announce the launch date of this device either later this year or when the full version of the iOS 10 has been released. After all, the iPad Pro was released September last year, while its 9.7-inch counterpart hit the stores last March 2016. As such, the final release date for the iPad Pro 2 will most likely be in September.

This is despite the fact that the device never got any mention at Apple's annual developer conference event last month. After all, iOS 10 had the spotlight of this event since it's the next version of Apple's mobile operating system. This further solidifies the speculation that the next iPad, regardless of whether it's the Mini, Air 3, or the Pro 2 will be released after the iOS 10 is released.

The specs of the newest iPad Pro should at least match the ones on the 9.7-inch model, if not superior. This means that the iPad Pro 2 will have a True Tone display that allows users to have a more genuine experience by adjusting the white balance automatically, as well as a 15MP iSight back camera with 4k video recording. It's also expected to have a 5MP FaceTime HD camera that comes with a Retina Flash. Of course, with these specs alone, there's no difference compared to its predecessor, but with Apple having the capability to upgrade their products, it's only a matter of time before fans experience the fullest extent of iPad Pro 2's capabilities.
