The HTC One M10 is reportedly not expected to be among the phones up for release at the coming 2016 Mobile World Congress (MWC) this month but has nevertheless garnered interest, thanks to latest leaks on the upcoming HTC device.

Droid-life.com bares that the HTC One M10 will offer a 5.1-inch QHD display which is close to the AMOLED ones everyone has probably seen and heard about and an impressive 12-UltraPixel camera with laser focus.

The built-in camera hints that eventual HTC One M10 owners can look forward to a better camera which can capture more light in low-lit areas, translating to better captured quality photos.

The push in the main camera feature should be welcome news, considering the previous 4-megapixel resolution they offered didn't exactly make a good impression especially if compared to brands like Samsung and LG.

Other features that the HTC One M10 will reportedly have to offer include a device running on Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 4 GB of RAM, and 32 GB of internal storage with expandable storage by way of the traditional microSD card slot.

It will come with Android 6.0.1 and Sense 8.0 UI out of the box and come with advanced features that include a fingerprint home button.

But while the list of features should make the HTC One M10 something to look forward to, there is one glaring omission — the BoomSound Speakers are not included.

There was no official explanation as of yet but it is believed that the front-facing speakers were taken out to produce a shorter and slimmer smartphone.

Given all these features, it is a shame that the device will not be out by the time the 2016 MWC comes around. Instead, HTC plans to hold a separate event later this year with the actual date yet to be known.
