Are wedding bells in the future of the Hawaii Five-O when the show returns for its seventh season?

According to a report by Parent Herald, there is a very strong possibility that McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) and Catherine will get married after actress Michelle Borth, who plays McGarrett's former flame, has been confirmed to reappear in the show's 150th episode next season, reported TVLine.

Adding fuel to wedding bell rumors is the return of McGarrett's mom who will also appear in the 150tth episode.

According to the report, there is heavy speculation among fans that the events of the Season 6 finale which almost cost McGarrett his life may finally prompt him to reevaluate his priorities and giving his relationship with Catherine another shot may prove to ease his nagging doubts about the way he has been constantly putting his life on the line.

Meanwhile, Movie News Guide has reported that actress Elisabeth Rohm has been added to the cast to play Dr. Margaret Gray , a police psychologist who will help the team in solving one of the most difficult cases that have faced to date, the case of a serial killer that requires McGarrett and the team to get all the help they can.

Claire Forlani has also been cast as Alicia Brown. Based on the description for the character, Brown is a retired police profiler who will be coming out of retirement for this particular case.

As for McGarrett and Danny's relationship in Season 7, expect this duo to have another shift in their love hate friendship after Danny donated part of his liver to save his friend's life.

"I love the idea that McGarrett is going to abuse that organ, because McGarrett is a person who abuses himself and puts his life in danger all the time. Danny is going to resent the fact that he saved his life because of that. These guys are blood brothers, but now literally they are," showrunner Peter Lenkov told EW.

Hawaii Five-O returns to CBS on September 23.
