A lot of fans are waiting for the newest season of the "Grey's Anatomy" series, with a lot of them confused with what to expect of its first episode. Some rumors say that the first episode will feature Jackson (Jesse Williams) and April (Sarah Drew) and their relationship. With this, the complicated love story of Alex (Justin Chambers) and Jo (Camilla Luddington) will be highlighted.

According to Game N Guide, the first episode of the 13th season of "Grey's Anatomy" will show the original cast of the show, and it has been warned that this will not be the typical hospital scene. Actually, some rumors even went so far as to suggest that the episode will be filled by a blast of emotional confrontations.

After all, the previous season of this show was a cliffhanger and as thus left viewers with more excitement in terms of their favorite characters' individual relationships. Alex and Jo are still fighting since the former does not understand why the latter is holding back in their relationship. Actually, this is not the worst among the relationship woes shared by the doctors.

Other spoilers point out that Nathan (played by Martin Henderson), Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Maggie (Kelly McCreary) will be stuck in a love triangle. Meredith, Maggie's half sister who is interested with Nathan, had a one night stand with Nathan.

As fans could remember, Maggie values honesty more than anything, so it will not be good for Meredith to lie her way out should she choose to confront her about it. While Maggie still helps Meredith take care of the kids, this situation will just make their relationship as half-sisters more complicated.

The 13th season of "Grey's Anatomy" will be aired on Sept. 22 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
