"Grey's Anatomy" season 10 episode 3 will be airing tonight at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.

The hit medical drama returned to the small screen with a special two-hour/two-episode.

The official synopsis of "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 episode 3 titled "Everybody's Crying Mercy" is as follows:

"Meredith and Derek adjust to life at home with a newborn but find it difficulty being away from the hospital; Arizona tries to takes steps to fix her broken marriage; Alex and Jo navigate through their new relationship; and Owen clashes with Jackson over financial issues at the hospital. Meanwhile, April anxiously awaits her boards results."

Episode 3 will also see how Cristina deals with her break up from Owen.

Last week's premiere saw the doctors at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital facing the devastation left by the storm. The ER deals with patients injured from a mudslide and Richard's life was in extreme danger. The second episode saw the doctors continuing to help those affected by the storm, and Callie making a decision to about her relationship with Arizona – she moved out with their baby.
