The source of the newest rumors for the Google Nexus 7 2016 is from a recent Twitter post made by a famous leakster named Evan Blass, saying that the device is getting released. However, he made no mention about the exact release date for now.

Regardless, it is possible for this device to instead be announced at the upcoming Google hardware event on October 4, and it is believed that if the rumors are indeed true, this tech giant is expected to have its new Nexus 7 completed with its partner for 2016. Furthermore, after this device's announcement, it will then be released on November 24.

Also, with Google partnering with Huawei in developing Google Nexus 6P, it is then expected for these two companies to once again collaborate for the Nexus 7. After all, as all tech enthusiasts know, Huawei's Charlene Munilall has confirmed that the company will work again on the Nexus this year.

Vine Report says that there are reports suggesting that HTC is going to develop the two Nexus devices. As such, speculations that Huawei will only develop these the Google Nexus 7 2016 if HTC is going to develop the successors for the Nexus 5X and 6P since it is the only thing that is left for them to make if it is the case.

As for its specs, the leakster Blass said that the new Nexus 7 will have at least 4GB of RAM, as well as a 64GB of internal storage, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, a 14MP rear camera, a USB-C Port, and a host of other features that would surely give it an edge over other devices.
