Season 2 of the hit Disney series "Girl Meets World" will finally reveal who ends up with whom among Riley (Rowan Blanchard), Maya (Sabrina Carpenter), and Lucas (Peyton Meyer).
According to Movie News Guide, viewers will finally learn the answer to the million dollar question on whether friendship is more important than love or vice versa. The love triangle between Riley, Maya, and Lucas has kept the fans entertained for quite some time now. Guessing which young lady the handsome teenager will choose has become a game, as it has become apparent that the producers themselves are still undecided which pair is better.
During the first season, the Lucas and Riley tandem was more prevalent. This installment, however, Lucas' relationship with Maya has been taking more of the spotlight. The website posits that if compatibility will be the basis for the choice, it will have to be Maya and Lucas. Riley's best friend is reportedly a better woman when Lucas is around, as he has the tendency to bring out the best in her. For his part, Lucas seems doubly happy when Maya is around, which goes to show that he is indeed smitten.
The catch, however, is that Maya also values her friendship with Riley. Fans are still in tenterhooks wondering whether she will choose her best buddy over Lucas. This season, things will all fall into place, as she tries to look for a way that will make it a win-win situation for everyone. Will Maya succeed?
Meanwhile, next week's episode titled "Girl Meets Belief" will feature Riley and Maya in an uncompromising situation. CarterMatt reports that another argument will break out between the two characters. This time, though, it will reportedly not be about Lucas, but Riley's inability to trust her friend. The website reveals that this lack of faith will slowly push Maya away. Will the two be able to overcome this hurdle?
