Without question, Mayweather has become one of the icons in the sports world and someone worth meeting. The undefeated American boxer is set to embark on a European Victory Tour where he will be appearing in eight cities in the United Kingdom for the next two weeks.
Mayweather fanatics based in the United Kingdom can look forward to meeting the undefeated boxer starting at £45. This price is applicable only to the Bristol and Cardiff and will be hosted by Sky Sports Johnny Nelson.
For those who want to get a photo opportunity with "Money," an additional £200 will have to be shelled out.
From there, Mayweather will proceed to Glasgow, London, and Manchester. The ticket prices go up a bit mainly because it will include a three-course dinner. Dinner and ticket prices range from £200, £300, and £500 but do not include a photo op. Folks who want one will have to shell out varying amounts, specifically £450, £600, and £1,000 for those in Glasgow, London, and Manchester, respectively.
If those numbers already seem steep, the most expensive package has yet to come.
The most expensive of them all is the Platinum package in Manchester which racks up to about £2,000 (more than $2,800).
That package will include an extended meet and greet with Mayweather at one of the suites in Manchester United's Old Trafford grounds.
It remains to be seen how many Mayweather fans will go out of their way and shell out that much dough to meet and greet the undefeated boxer. Equally interesting would be the ones who would pay the max price of £2,000 as well as detailed via the Daily Mail.
Mayweather officially retired from boxing last September after handily disposing Andre Berto to finish his career with an unblemished 49–0 card.
