The official synopsis for the new season's first episode is: "When Rebecca returns home from her internship in Los Angeles, the Robertson family plans a big surprise party to welcome her back. But when Willie thinks Rebecca has no plan for her future, he becomes concerned, and decides to find out how Rebecca plans to earn her keep as a member of his household. However, Willie is happily surprised to discover that Rebecca is a real go-getter, much like him. Meanwhile, when Uncle Si gets sick, he seeks the help of Ms. Kay to take care of him, but when Si takes over her living room, Phil takes issues with his new houseguest."

Fans may be wondering who Rebecca is, the newest cast member on Duck Dynasty.

Rebecca Robertson is 24 years old. She is originally from Taiwan and came to be with the Robertson family as an exchange student. The Robertson family took her in as their own and eventually became her foster parents.

The popular reality show will be returning to the small screen with all of its family members despite the recent publicity surrounding Phil Robertson, who was shortly suspended from the show by A&E for his comments on homosexuality.

After fans' outcries and multiple petitions to bring Phil back to the show, he was reinstated by A&E and the Duck Dynasty show will resume as normal.
