As one of the most anticipated games to be released for Fall 2016, "Dishonored 2" has started receiving mixed reviews due to the recently discovered PC problems for the title. "Dishonored 2's" frame rate drops can be debilitating, and it can sometimes get as low as 13 frames per second, which certainly ruins the game for some players.

Thankfully, according to Game Rant, Bethesda is already taking the initiative and is doing their utmost to give assistance to frustrated players in order to solve the problems they are experiencing with "Dishonored 2." However, for now these are just some temporary workarounds before a hot fix is released.

Fortunately, the tips seem to be working for some players, which allows them to play the title smoothly for the mean time.

According to the PC Games N, Bethesda has suggested an array of workarounds for the sake of preventing or at least reducing the current issues experienced by "Dishonored 2" players. Generally, players are discouraged from using the Alt-tab method when playing, and when doing so, it is suggested for them to relaunch the game if they start experiencing some performance drops.

Also, players are encouraged to avoid running background applications in addition to the game, as this will certainly contribute in reducing the game's performance.

For the video settings, players should try a lower resolution when having performance issues with "Dishonored 2." The 1440p resolution should only be used when the user has a high-end GPU like the NVIDIA GTX 1070 or 1080 and the like.

Activating the V-Sync is also important, especially when experiencing a huge disparity in framerate fluctuations. For those experiencing framerates less than 30fps, the Adaptive Resolution should be adjusted between minimum (50 percent) and maximum value (75 percent).

Regardless, for those planning to buy the "Dishonored 2" game, it is now available for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One platforms.
