After Brett (Kara Killmer), it is going to be Severide's (Taylor Kinney) turn to earn Chili's (Dora Madison) wrath in the upcoming episode of the hit NBC series "Chicago Fire."

In "All Hard Parts," CarterMatt reports that the lieutenant will take it upon himself to confront the paramedic about her unpredictable behavior. Severide has an idea on why Chili is acting the way she does lately, and he wants to find out if his suspicion is true. Just like Brett's, Chili will find Severide's prodding irritating, and will react as expected. Why can't her colleagues just let her be? As far as the lieutenant is concerned, if Chili's behavior is affecting her performance in the job, then he needs to call her attention.

Brett and Dawson (Monica Raymund) already talked to Chili on how her erratic behavior is distressing the other paramedics. They even mentioned her problem to Boden (Eamonn Walker), but it appears their efforts were for naught. All they got was Chili's ire. What will it take for Chili to finally listen to her concerned friends? What exactly is bothering her that she cannot function as she should?

Elsewhere, Lt. Casey (Jesse Spencer) will find himself in the middle of a Firehouse 51 campaign to make him run for the alderman position. After his great performance in finding the missing money from the fund raising activity for the victims of the recent tornado, the firefighters feel that Casey deserves the position. The only thing missing is his answer to the question on whether he will be their candidate or not. Will Casey let his friends push him to do something he is not sure he wants to do?

Meanwhile, the promo shows the next case the firefighters will be tackling. In the clip, Severide is leading his men to a smoking car, but when he checks, there is no driver. Bloody footprints lead them to a neighborhood. What comes next stuns them. They see a house being razed by fire, but no one is reporting the incident.

"Chicago P.D." season 3 airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. EST on NBC.
