Henry Cavill seems to be proud of the work put into his upcoming film, "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," that he boldly called it "cinematic history." The actor, who will reprise his role as the Man of Steel in the much-anticipated movie, revealed how awesome the film would be with Zack Snyder at the helm.

"It's Zack Snyder, so it's going to be a visual spectacle and it's cinematic history," the 31-year-old actor told Daily Mail during the BAFTA Tea Party. "We're doing Batman and we're doing Superman and it's all happening at the same time. So fingers crossed it turns out to be as exciting as I think it is."

Movie Web, just like every other DC Comics fan, expects that "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" should be "something special." This is because the superheroes involved, the biggest in their league no less, are the likeliest elements to use for an easily historic film that will always be remembered. With this pressure, fans must be glad to know that the hunk actor promises it to be a really great one.

Rumor mills say that the movie will feature the larger-than-life fight scenes from Gotham City to Metropolis. Apart from that, the film is chock-full of superheroes, which should make it more action-packed. Iconic heroes like Wonder Woman, Cyborg and Aquaman, among others, will be in it.

In the same Daily Mail interview, Cavill was also asked about his co-star, Ben Affleck. The actor had nothing but words of admiration for the actor who plays the Caped Crusader in the film.

"We're talking about Ben Affleck here. I don't need to give him any advice. The guy's a legend. The guy does his own thing. He's great. He's fantastic," Cavill said when asked to give Affleck advice.

The actors are joined by a stellar pack, including Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Gal Gadot, Jesse Eisenberg and Jeremy Irons.

If "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" really is a "visual spectacle," then viewers and fans will have to see for themselves on March 25, 2016.
