Are Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani really trying for a baby? Latest claims suggest no

Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have recently been plagued with different pregnancy rumors, with no confirmation coming the couple's camp. Here is a rundown of all the claims so far.

The most recent news claims that Stefani and Shelton are trying for a baby once again, following a false pregnancy from their IVF treatment.

Pregnancy rumors date back to August when Hollywood Life reported that Stefani, 47, had been trying to get pregnant with boyfriend Shelton, 41.

"She's been monitoring all her hormone levels and they're really balanced," an anonymous source reportedly told the publication.

Then, in September, the same news outlet reported that Shelton really wanted to have children, following the announcement that "The Voice" co-star Adam Levine is expecting a second baby with wife Behati Prinsloo.

Gossip Cop debunked the rumor by claiming that the insider's quotes were a little absurd.

The sources in the Hollywood Life article allegedly said, "Blake would never begrudge Adam this, but that doesn't mean there's not a part of him that's envious. Blake wants kids and it hasn't happened for him and Gwen yet. He's wondering when it's going to be his turn."

Gossip Cop also pointed out that Hollywood Life wrongly reported that Stefani was pregnant with twins back in July.

Meanwhile, Life & Style Magazine reported in September that Stefani had already given up her dream of having a baby with Shelton.

An anonymous source for the magazine reportedly said that Stefani's dream of having a baby was "consuming them" and putting too much stress on the couple.

The source added that Stefani decided to shift her priorities towards planning their wedding.

The couple has not confirmed or denied any of these rumors, but regardless, they already seem like a happy family.

Shelton recently featured Stefani's three sons with ex Gavin Rossdale in his new music video. Kingston, 11, Zuma, 9, and Apollo, 3, all starred in the music video for his latest single, the country song "I'll Name the Dogs."

Meanwhile, Stefani is releasing her first-ever Christmas album. The singer shared with Billboard how she has been wanting to write a Christmas album for years, but that she never found the time.

The singer recently reconnected with her spiritual side and finally felt the urge to write songs.

"It was really a whim," Stefani said. "The way it works is you have to get it done really early, and I had no idea that I would be able to write so quickly, because I'm such a slow writer. It just came right out. I did six songs in three sessions."
