With the E3 event just around the corner, Microsoft reportedly has new Xbox 360 game titles to be added to the list of games for the Xbox One Backward Compatibility program.
Some of the games on this list are considered classics, such as "Doom" from 1993. Regarding some speculated games, neither Microsoft nor Amazon has given any announcements -- as such, there's no solid proof that they are indeed being added.
Meanwhile, Express reported that Amazon's recent searches point to the game titles to be released for the Xbox One Backward Compatibility program. With this, it's possible for the list to grow before the E3 event. After all, the games searched in Amazon are all available as Xbox 360 digital codes, so unless a suddenly large, active audience showed interest in buying these games, people can only speculate that it's Microsoft searching for possible games to add to their list.
As for other classic games, "Skater 3" will also be re-launched. A possible reason for this is that this game is highly acclaimed in South Korea as well as some other regions. "Skater 3" was able to garner more than 30,000 votes from Microsoft's poll, which firmly surpassed the votes for "Call of Duty: Black Ops." However, "Call of Duty" fans need not fear as the game is also on the list for the upcoming E3 event.
Microsoft's Xbox One Backward Compatibility has sparked the interest of the gaming community, as some of these games stirred nostalgia in old players and curiosity in new players. Meanwhile, with June having begun, new free games will come for both the Xbox One and Xbox 360 with Xbox Live Games with Gold subscriptions. Players are excited for "Goat Simulator," a wacky Xbox One game where players can go on adventures as a lovable goat. This game will be free until June 15, 2016, along with "Super Meat Boy" for Xbox 360.
