'The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt' NPC guide: The Peller back in the spotlight

"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" is so vast, not only in terms of gameplay but also in terms of areas and locations to explore that main character Geralt meets all sorts of people in his travels.

Although the world in the latest installment in "The Witcher" series is indeed populated by a huge number of folks of all sorts, there are some that stand out, not only because they are essential to a quest or a mission but also because of the quirky and interesting ways these characters were designed.

One of the most memorable and important characters in the game is called The Peller. Geralt will first encounter The Peller as the main quests progress, in a mission where the main character will have to go look for a Baron's wife and daughter.

In the recent patch for the title, The Peller has been put into the spotlight again. Due to the update, many players are now looking for this NPC character more often than before because of a unique feature now made available for players. The items in The Peller's inventory now contains a full set of all the basic Runestones. In addition, the vendor is also carrying recipes to create other Runestones, including the Greater variants.

Although The Peller is not the only Runestone vendor in "Wild Hunt," his is the only complete collection in the whole game. Other Runestone vendors include the Alchemist in the northern part of Novigrad, and Keira Metz.

Updating The Peller with almost all the collections of Runestones is not the only upgrade that developer CD Projekt Red plans for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt." For this week, players are again up for a treat as the title will once more be updated with new DLC expansion packs that will greatly improve the game and introduce new content.
