Serena Williams vs Victoria Azarenka in the US Open 2013 tennis women's final will take place on Sunday afternoon with both players hoping to snatch the final Grand Slam of the season.

The match will commence at about 4.30 p.m. ET and can be watched online through free live stream via the official US Open stream through the link provided below.

Ahead of today's game Azarenka has praised her opponent, saying that she is the greatest women's tennis player in history.

The Belarusian played Williams 12 months ago in the final of this same tournament and had Williams on the ropes as she served for the title. However, Williams fought back and turned things on their head, winning the US Open for the fourth time at Flushing Meadows.

This year Williams has looked in even more impressive form, losing just 16 games across her 6 matches so far in this year's tournament.

Azarenka heaped praise on her opponent saying, "She's an amazing player. She's the greatest of all time."

Despite losing to Williams in last year's final, the 24-year-old has beaten the world number one twice this year.

She has said, "You've got to fight. You've got to run, you've got to grind, and you've got to bite with your teeth for whatever opportunity you have."

However, Williams has won 12 of their 15 matches against each other overall.

Williams has said ahead of the final: "Both matches [won by Azarenka in 2013] she played really well. I let myself down at opportunities and I didn't take them. If I'm able to get another chance I have to take them, because she is always pumped and she does really well.

"When she plays me she plays her best, by far. I have seen her play other players, but when I play her I'm playing a totally different player. Obviously she brings her best game."
