"The Good Wife" creators Robert and Michelle King confirmed that Finn Polmar will be a series regular next season.

Recently, TV Line organized its latest spoiler chat session and revealed that the upcoming "The Good Wife" season 6 will see Matthew Goode or Finn Polmar on the show. He will add a different color in the show and will play a more significant role in the lives of other characters in the series.

In their spoiler chat report, Robert and Michelle said when asked if Finn would be back: "Robert and Michelle King apparently share your enthusiasm, because I can exclusively confirm that Goode will be back in Season 6 as a full-fledged series regular."

Thus, this could mean that he would cause more problems to Alicia and Peter, whose marriage is currently on the rocks. There were rumors that Alicia will divorce her husband Peter Florrick and will finally end their messed-up marriage. According to Latin Times, Peter already set his eyes on his intern and Alicia has given up on their relationship.

This decision is prompted by the offer to Alicia to be State's Attorney and Alicia may have a flourishing career next season. On the final episode last season, Eli Gould suggesting that Alicia should State's Attorney after she sends her son Zach for the summer internship. Alicia's decision will play a big role on the plot's direction.

Meanwhile, Michael J. Fox will most likely be back, and he will reprise his role as Louis Canning. According to Robert King, Michael has shown a keen interest in returning to the show.

Reports also claimed that "The Good Wife" season 6 will be split in half as the first 11 episodes. The first part of the sixth season will be aired in fall at CBS. Then, the series will go in hiatus for a few months before the airing of the next 11 episodes, most probably in spring next year.
