Bethesda recently revealed that the final DLC for "The Evil Within" titled "The Executioner" will come out later this month.

The announcement came in the form of a trailer, which shows how players can take on the role of the game's antagonist, an enormous blood-thirsty man called The Keeper who uses a gigantic meat tenderizer hammer as his weapon of choice.

"The Executioner" is the first downloadable content which will not focus on Juli Kidman. Juli is the main playable character in the first two DLC packs, namely "The Assignment" released in March 2015 and "The Consequence" released last month.

Earlier reports describe the upcoming downloadable content as a game based on a first-person perspective where players have to undergo a series of missions with brutal objectives.

Aside from the hammer, the ruthless character also uses his popular chainsaw to take down his enemies. According to Gamespot, the gigantic villain will be facing other enemies in the game such as the zombies that are lurking around the game's virtual world. He might face some of the bigger evil bosses of the game as well.

Once the latest DLC is released, players will be able to avail all three expansion packs. The DLC pack is worth $20.

"The Evil Within" is one of the best-selling horror survival games released worldwide in 2014. It follows the adventures of Sebastian Castellanos in the land filled with horrible creatures. The game was released for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.

"The Evil Within: The Executioner" DLC will be officially released on May 26.
